At Haus of the Holistic Soap, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade natural soaps and skincare products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used soap bars
- Gift sets that have been opened
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at hausoftheholisticsoap@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
